Read the fee before the fine print
Canpar’s 2025 Service Guide publishes standard accessorial amounts, while its Terms of Service effective July 9, 2026 defines current conditions and additional fee categories. This FreightXO guide combines those official sources for easier review. It is a reference, not a Canpar quote, rate agreement, or invoice calculation.
Canpar’s official demand bulletin confirms that the October 2025 tire, Extra Care, and residential demand program ended January 19, 2026. Do not add those seasonal amounts to a current estimate unless Canpar announces a new program.

Canpar applies the highest qualifying Extra Care category to a piece. Fuel can also apply to accessorials marked by the carrier.
