Other Canada carrier fees

Most Canadian regional carriers provide commercial pricing by quote or account. Confirm every fee trigger in the current proposal and agreement before shipping.

UniUni

Platform or account quote

UniUni offers commercial delivery pricing through its small-business platform and enterprise sales process rather than a universal public surcharge tariff.

  • The platform returns an estimated CAD postage fee, tax, and total for the shipment details entered.
  • Wallet top-ups below $50.00 carry a 2.9% plus $0.30 processing fee.
  • Confirm insurance, returns, dimensional limits, pickup, and enterprise pricing in the account terms.

Intelcom / Dragonfly

Account-specific

Intelcom operates under the Dragonfly name across Canada except Quebec, where Intelcom remains in use. Its public Canadian site does not publish a universal commercial accessorial schedule.

  • Request current commercial rates and all fee triggers from the account representative.
  • Confirm attempted delivery, return, address, remote-area, peak, and special-handling treatment in writing.
  • Use the Dragonfly Canada domain for current service and support information.

FleetOptics

Custom solution

FleetOptics describes tailored final-mile programs and does not publish a standard public commercial rate or surcharge card.

  • Pricing should be confirmed for the customer’s markets, parcel profile, delivery attempts, and service commitments.
  • FleetOptics states that delivery solutions can include up to three redelivery attempts, but the contract controls any related charge.
  • Request a written fee schedule for returns, address changes, special handling, remote areas, and peak capacity.

GoBolt

Quote-based, no parcel fuel surcharge

GoBolt provides regional parcel pricing by quote and publicly states that GoBolt Parcel has no fuel surcharge.

  • The no-fuel-surcharge statement applies to GoBolt Parcel.
  • Local next-day, air and ground skip, cross-border, and big-and-bulky services may use different commercial pricing.
  • Confirm handling, returns, coverage, pickup, oversize, and cross-border costs in the proposal.

ICS Courier

Published fee categories

ICS Courier publishes the categories that may trigger additional charges and a live weekly fuel percentage, but its public additional-charge PDF is dated 2012 and should not be used as a current amount schedule.

  • Potential charges include account correction, after-hours pickup, cubing, furtherance, postal-code correction, weight correction, residential delivery, and pieces over 30 kg.
  • The live fuel surcharge is 37.80% effective August 9, 2026.
  • Obtain the current Schedule of Additional Charges from ICS before shipping.
