Know which U.S. charges are public and which require a quote

Regional carrier pricing is not standardized. Some carriers publish exact accessorials, while others price each shipper through a negotiated rate card or instant delivery quote. This guide separates those models so you know what can be checked before tendering a shipment.

Other USA carrier fees

These carriers combine published schedules, negotiated rate cards, and instant or account-specific quotes. Confirm the account agreement and shipment date before relying on any amount.

UniUni

Quote-based

UniUni markets transparent pricing and zero surprise surcharges for enterprise ecommerce delivery, but it does not publish one universal U.S. accessorial schedule.

  • Request account pricing based on volume, origin, destination, parcel profile, and service.
  • Confirm whether pickup, returns, address correction, remote delivery, and peak-period adjustments are included.
  • UniUni’s public small-business platform currently describes Canada service, with U.S. expansion planned.

SpeedX

Contract rate card

SpeedX publishes a parcel services agreement, while the Schedule B rate card, accessorial chart, and fuel table are completed for the individual customer quote.

  • Fuel is indexed to the most recently published weekly U.S. diesel average under the agreement.
  • A weekly pickup fee may apply when the contracted minimum volume is not met.
  • Use the executed rate card for every accessorial amount and billing unit.

OnTrac

Published 2026 fees

OnTrac publishes a current U.S. surcharge table with zone-based handling fees and a weekly fuel percentage.

  • Additional Handling: $32.00 to $42.00 per package by zone; Large Package: $265.00 to $325.00.
  • Residential Delivery: $6.60; DAS: $6.60; Extended DAS: $8.80; address intervention: $25.00 per package.
  • Over Max or Unauthorized Package: $1,875.00; scheduled pickup: $40.00 per week; on-call pickup: $10.00.
  • Fuel was 24.00% for August 10 to 16, 2026 and changes weekly.

Roadie

Instant or account quote

Roadie prices each delivery through its platform or a volume agreement. Public terms do not provide one parcel-style surcharge table.

  • The delivery price reflects the Gig terms shown before acceptance.
  • Cancellation and wait fees may apply, along with approved toll or parking reimbursement.
  • Roadie may charge a cancellation fee after a driver starts toward pickup or when shipment information prevents pickup.

Amazon Shipping

Published service guide

Amazon Shipping publishes U.S. list rates and additional-fee rules, while custom price proposals and approved ecommerce channels may use different pricing.

  • Destination fees: $4.45 delivery area, $5.55 extended area, and $16.75 remote area per package.
  • Non-Standard fees are $11.00 to $14.15 by zone; Additional Handling ranges from $25.94 to $55.20 by trigger and zone.
  • Large Package is $255.00 to $320.00 by zone; Extra Heavy is $1,875.00; address correction is $25.50.
  • Fuel changes with the weekly U.S. diesel index and demand surcharges may apply during announced peak periods.
